Outbound email policy
This page states how we contact potential partners for the ExpoGage platform by email, and how to make it stop. Our policy is against advertising by unsolicited bulk email: we do not send it, and we do not allow anyone to send it through our domains or mailboxes.
1. Who sends

These domains belong to ExpoGage: expogage.com, expogage.co, expo-gage.co, tryexpogage.co and tryexpogage.com. Email from them is sent from mailboxes we operate, through our email-sending provider (see our Privacy Policy for providers).
2. What we send, and to whom
- Individually targeted business emails, in small numbers, to people at trade show organizers, exhibitors and related companies whose role is relevant to ExpoGage services, to discuss working together.
- We engage with potential partners on the basis of legitimate interest, which we balance against your rights. See the Privacy Policy.
- Business email addresses only.
3. Where the addresses come from
Event and exhibitor websites, company websites, public directories, web search, and business-data providers. Business email addresses are checked with an address-verification service. The full list of sources and providers is in section 3.4 of the Privacy Policy.
4. How to opt out
- Reply “stop” to any of our emails, or write to contact@expogage.com.
- You do not need to log in, pay, or give any information other than your email address.
- We act on an opt-out promptly.
- We then keep your address on a suppression list, so that we do not email or re-add you. The list holds only what is needed for that.
5. What we do not do
- Once we have processed an opt-out, we do not email that address again.
- We do not ask for payment or personal information in return for removal.
6. Report abuse or a mistake
If you received an email from one of the domains above and think it breaks this policy, write to contact@expogage.com and include the message, with its full headers if you can. We will stop emailing your address and review what happened.
